Kingston 1 GB DataTraveler USB Flash Drive (DTI/1GBKR)
DataTraveler USB Flash drives are ideal for home office, small business, schools and promotions. They're affordable and put mobile storage in nearly anyone's hands.
Speed is not its strongest feature
The Kingston flash drives are durable and reliable but they are really slow compared with others. Not suitable for moving large files.
Reliable and Cute
I've been using this flash drive for about 2 years and it has never failed me. I carry it in my pocket to school, and in the past I've kept it on a keychain, which was really useful. It's not super-fast, but it is fast enough for anything you're likely to do with it. Sadly, the cap broke one day when I was putting it on - it split right down the side! Luckily, for me, the cap was more for looks than anything else.

Customer Review: Functionally reliable, but structurally fragile
I've owned this card for just over two years now, and it's served me quite well in terms of reliability in its main purpose: to provide removable data storage for my handheld device (a Palm Treo 700wx). Its transfer speeds are about average, which is fine for an "economy-level" flash storage card such as this one.
The only complaint I have is that when it was only a couple of months old, the outside edge of the card very easily "chipped away" through normal handling and use with the phone. I'm very careful with all my electronics, and have been so with my phone as well; it's never been dropped, etc. But after a few dozen insertions and removals - which I expect any REMOVABLE flash memory card to easily endure - the portion of this card that sticks out (i.e., the part you press to insert and remove it) began splitting, and soon the edge chipped away completely. It seems that the plastic material of which the card case is constructed is just a bit too brittle compared to many others out there. For a product that is used in this way, and therefore must be able to endure a slight bit of pressure on its edge many times over months/years as it serves its purpose, a slightly softer, more flexible material should be used.
Now, to its credit, although the edge of the card was "broken off" soon after I had bought it, the card continued - even to this very day, over two years later - to function with flawless reliability.
So although I can tout this card's service record in the long term, there are better options out there that are equally reliable and inexpensive, but which will not snap on the pressure edge quite so readily. Hence, I give it 3/5 stars.
Customer Review: Kingston 1 GB SD Card - Great Value and Compatibility
The Kingston 1 GB SD Card SD/1GBKR is pretty comparable with the Kingston 1 GB Secure Digital Flash Card ( SD/1GB ) (Retail Package). It's a standard SD card in a slower but widely compatible format.
Yes it is on the low end of capacity being sold right now. However, it's such a great value. No need to worry about SDHC compatibility here. Works with all SD devices and computers with appropriate memory card readers.
The only knock on this card is that it is somewhat slow. However, at this price it's still great as a spare.
So if you have a really high end camera you will want to spend more for a bigger one. But if you need an extra memory card for your Wii, digital camera (most point and shoot Canons and Nikons) or PDA, this is a good one to get.
Enjoy!

Customer Review: Good but nothing crazy
The pendriver works like should be, but the constrution need less plastic or better quality of plastic... if you are going to use this at work heavily you may wan to chose another pendriver. If you are working in a friendly enviroment... this one get the job done.
Customer Review: Very cheap but very light but very cheap
Quite simply if you are looking to spend on a mid-range USB flash memory stick which you can quickly pull out from time to time from a computer bag pocket then this is where it is at. This Kingston flash memory stick is fast, holds 2 GB and comes at a very nice price. It is also very small, maybe one of the smallest sticks on the market. However it is delicate and doesn't come with a cap.
If you want a pro-stick and are willing to shell out two to three times the price, then go elsewhere. If you want a stick that will constantly go around with you in your pocket, go elsewhere for something tougher. If you just need a stick that you will use from time to time and can put away in your computer bag, then this is exactly what you want. Great price for the storage capacity and speed, but very light and not for constant use or pocket travel because it lacks physical integrity.

Customer Review: Easy to Use
The Kingston SD card and card reader is a great accessory to my mp3 phone. The ease of use makes for quick transfers of music and photos to my phone.
Customer Review: Convenient and practical
I bought this microSD card and reader to use with my Nokia 6126. It works great, and has given me tons (compared to the on-phone memory) of extra capacity to store music, video, and pictures. Not to mention the card reader is compact and easy to use. Simply plug it in and you're ready to go. I will be buying another one of these, but the 2GB version.

Customer Review: Great memory for my HP notebook
The memory for my HP notebook worked first time with no problems whatsover. I also kept 512 Mb from my existing memory and the 2GB and 512 worked together fine.
Thanks Kingston for a great memory product. My laptop is now very fast.
Customer Review: Awesome Product Super cheap!
I logged into amazon around 8 am west coast time and have been looking for memory for my hp dv6605us. I used the kingston memory finder. I have 1 gb of memory right now and wanted to go for 2 gb. I checked the price and I bought 4gb of memory. 2x2gb. They were $10.40 each. I bought 2 for me and two for my friend that has the same exact laptop. I spent $51 dollars delivered. Just incase that is too much memory(the computer manual says it will take up to 4gb but may only use 3.5gb) So I checked the price of the 1gb sticks for my laptop and they were $3.77 each so I bought 4 of those just in case. I spent a total of $60 for 4x1gb and 4x2gb. Insanely low price. Check amazon often for the best deal. If I would have had an amazon card I could have got the 1gbs for 10 less than the total cost and the 4x 2gb for $10 delivered. I still cant believe, I have called and told everyone. Check this site often. AMAZING PRICES!!! CANT BELIEVE IT STILL!

Customer Review: Great card! Fast speed!
This is my second kingston compactflash card (another one is 4gb cf). Kingston never lets me down. It works great! Speed is very fast! There are faster CF cards available on the market, but if you want to use the cf cards on digital cameras, you don't really need faster (than 133x kingston) cards. NO camera can take advantage of the faster cards yet. Anyway, this is perfect for digital camera (Dslr).
Customer Review: Card failed, lost vacation pics
Bought this card for my new Canon 40D, took it to Italy, and after a few days of shooting and unloading to back up the pictures, we started to get messages that the card was full (but it wasn't), then it started to zap portions of the existing pics. Later the card failed, saying it was unformatted and it needed to be formatted, which of course meant my pictures for the day were gone. After reformatting it, it failed again about 30 pics later, then failed again after about 10 pics. We gave up, bought an overpriced replacement card at a camera shop, and had zero problems for the remainder of the trip, so it wasn't the camera. Unfortunately we lost about 150 pics in the process of trying to figure out what was going on.
